The last 8 months have been difficult for me. In August 2018. my husband passed away suddenly after starting a new job. He was here at home and I found him passed away mid morning. He had been talking to me earlier and seemed to be fine. He did have a long term heart condition.
As if that wasn't difficult enough, my brother went in for heart surgery in February 2019. That went well but he caught pneumonia and passed away. He was my only brother. We talked a few times a week as we were sharing the care of my 91 year old mother.
A week after he passed, I fell and really messed up my right wrist. Of course I am right handed. It still gives me some difficulty but that is to be expected when we are Seniors.
Since then things have been okay. I'm still selling my products and visit the Senior's Center several times a week for an hour or two. I have Dakota still and he keeps me on my toes taking care of him.
I have started a recipe page on Facebook. I call it Mary's Kitchen. I am also very active on Facebook. It helps me keep busy.
I have stopped selling on Etsy and have been sorting the vintage items I had for sale. I will donate them to a charity.
Have a great day and I will talk to you again soon.
