I'mmmmm Baaacccckkkk!!!

I'm back for the moment. On April 5th, I entered the hospital with a heart attack. Yesterday, (Friday) I had an angiogram at Hamilton General Hospital. Results: I need quadruple bypass. For the time being I am home and the surgery, if the surgeon has his way, will take place within 2 weeks. Not sure I like the idea, but it has to be done.

Thanks to all my friends and readers for your prayers, thoughts, love and support. Will write more in a day or so.

  11. I'm happy that you're home so you can relax a bit before the surgery. I know how hospitals are for the fact you really don't get that much rest because of testing and meds and wake up calls for more meds and tests. Thank goodness you survived. You've been under way too much stress lately, and you, I'm sure, will be 100% after the bypass surgery!!!

    Take things easy now...y'hear!?!!

  18. Oh, Mary! I was just trying to catch up with your blog as you had not visited mine in a while and WOW! you have been stricken.

The good news is that your heart sent you a message and the doctors have a solution.

Good luck to you, my dear, I shall be thinking of you and checking in more often.
