Pay It Forward with My Sincere Apologies

Dear Friends and Faithful Readers,

I must sincerely appologize for not posting the Pay It Forward winner last Sunday. Though things were hectic around here, that is no excuse. I am extremely sorry.

If you remember, the point of Pay It Forward is that the person who won has to Pay It Forward by doing a random act of kindness by posting a Pay It Forward on their own blog. It doesn't have to be making a card and writing a letter as I've chosen to do, but it does have to be an act of kindness.

Drum roll please....

And the winner is Sharon at Come Sit With me a While.

Congratulations, Sharon. I will get your card and letter out in the mail later today.

  3. How cool!
Thank you so much and I will look forward to paying it forward. I will have to start looking for something to do for an act of kindness.
    Fun!
    I'm excited.
Monday is the 10th. It is the day when we are supposed to be doing our final post for Be a Blessing This Christmas. Right?
I will put a post up later this evening and leave it up until Sunday night. I will try and get Mr Linky up Sunday night because Paw Paw has to be at the hospital Monday morning for a bone marrow test.
Don't worry about being so busy and not getting to this. I have been so busy that I am way behind in reading post.Hopefully things will calm down soon.
Soon your break will come and hopefully you will get some time for rest and relaxation.

  4. Sharon,

Thank you for your understanding. I will get it off to you today.

I'm not sure how relaxing a trip to Disney World will be with the boys, but we will have fun and then I can fall apart when I get home. :-) They are active boys and will really keep us hopping.

Thanks for being such a dear friend. I will be sharing what I have done as well and will direct people to you. I still haven't been able to get anything from Mr. Linky.

    Blessings,
    Mary

  7. Here I am reading two days of post at once. Life is so busy this time of year so no wonder you ran out of energy and could not make it to the farm but the alternative you have planned will suit the boys just fine.
What a beautiful Angel your Mother made for you. I cherrish all the things Mom made and they are even more precious now that she is gone. You are Blessed to still have your Mother with you.
Now I am bursting to share the best Christmas present this year, my only sister and only brother are finally communicating again. They fell out almost a year after Dad died. It is so sad when family get mad and do not get along. Time wasted.
    Peace be with you.

I forgot to tell you that we did not get indoor plumbing until I was in my second year of high school. Even southern winters can make you appreciate indoor plumbing, problems and all.
