My Computer Wallpaper

I took a screen capture and saved it on my computer. Do you think I can find it? No way. I looked in every picture folder I have and no go. Anyway, the above photo is what is on my computer screen. It was taken last September when Brandon, Mom and I went up north. This fountain is found in Gravenhurst, Ontario and I thought it was so pretty with all the mums around it.

What photo or wallpaper do you have on your computer screen?

  1. I like that picture. I have a picture of Andy on my screen. It was taken when he graduated from Basic training.

  3. I like your newest header. Anni did a good job on it. :-)

My computer wallpaper right now is a pic of some crabapples I took in Fall of '07. It's the same one I used for my Fall blog header, which I'll be changing over to in a few weeks. Hard to believe, but Fall will be here on Sept. 20th or 21st, I forget which without looking at a calendar, lol. ;o)

Have a great remainder of your weekend, dear Mary, and thank you for being such a loyal reader and commenter on my blog and Facebook. :-)

    Love you!

  6. I'm not sure if I'm understanding you correctly, but a screen capture usually just goes into memory. You would then have to paste it into a blank photo. At least that's how I go about it with my software.

  7. My daughter put a picture of two husky puppies on ours. They are so cute. One has it's little, pink tongue hanging out.

  8. On my computer-the screen saver that came on it-kinda sad uh? I ran and checked the girls-they have a silly picture of them-seems they're more creative than their momma : )

  9. Did you look in Documents or Downloads? Sometimes my pictures show up there, don't know why.

I have the Autumn wallpaper from windows on my computer. It shows beautiful maple trees and a road leasing into them. It is beautiful. You probably have it on your computer, too. I just changed mine last weekend. Before that, I had the photo I posted of the 100+year old Dogwood.

  10. I have a japanese garden photo from the 'net...with lots of water, a pagoda, and beautiful cherry blossoms.

I can't figure out just why you can't find my blog. I thought maybe I mistyped my blog uri in your comments yesterday, and just now tested it....it took me to my profile page and I clicked on the blog link from there....it opened for me!

    Hmmmmm.

Enjoy your day with the reenactment. That sounds like a lot of fun.

And....no, I don't think I'd ever stop blogging; my blog stays! LOL

HERE's the correct addy in case you've not been able to find it again.

  11. A very pretty fountain. Love the mums. So fall-y!

I'm very fickle with my wallpaper and change it all the time. Right now it's a picture of an old piling in the river from my riverwalk this past week.

  12. That is an interesting fountain! I change my desk tops often but tend to use simple pictures or I cannot find my icons. I also change the desk tops on the work computers all the time. Nothing like a good picture to make my workday more pleasant ;-)

  13. That is such a delightful fountain! Corey would love it since he's so much into black bears. On my desktop right now I have a picture of my Black Eyed Susans:-) xoxo
