Today in the mail I received a copy of Angels in Disguise. The book was edited by the late Phyllis Hobe, who was a wonderful editor to work with. My story, At Peace is on page 53 and my dear friend, Renie Burghardt's story, Vera and the Mockingbirds is on page 178. ReplyDeleteSorry it took me a while to drop by...we've been scrubbing the house and waxing...our monthly chore. I just now finished the kitchen floor...on my hands and knees and the place is beginning to sparkle again....have three more rooms to go before done. We got a late start today.

ReplyDeleteIt is hot again, here. I went to Michaels and then to TJ Maxx. It was so hot that I just came home instead of going to the grocery. I'll have to do that in the morning. We're supposed to get another cold front on Sunday. I'm looking forward to that.
