Niagara Safari Part Three

This is the last of the Safari Niagara photos. We saw a lot of different animals and really had a nice day.
The monkeys put on quite a show. This one had a baby, but kept it very much protected and away from the crowd most of the time.
This guy was swinging around the cage. Another great show to watch. They were also making a lot of noise.

This macaw was beautiful. He didn't seem to be at all shy.

And in a cage nearby was this beauty.

This lynx was pacing his cage. I'm not sure what was up, but many of the cats were pacing.

A lemur. I was first introduced to these guys when Brandon was two and watched Kratt's Kreatures and Zamboomafoo.

The cygnets were quite big. These are mute swan cygnets. They will eventually be white and have orange beaks.

The bald eagles were beautiful. If you enlarge you can see them much better.
And that is it for photos from this daytrip. It was a lot of fun and I recommend it to those of all ages. Just be sure not to put three in a paddleboat.

  5. Those monkeys drove us nuts with their noise! lol It's unbelievable how loud they can be, isn't it! Ever since I can remember I've loved visiting zoos and even now, it's a thrill to do so. May we never outgrow it:-) Very much enjoyed your pictures, dear Mary. xoxo

  6. Good, happy afternoon to you sweet Mary!!! I so love the first photo AND the lemur. It's too bad they have to be caged. I know they do, but it's a shame. Yet, zoos and animal parks are so much fun to visit.

I think we have a possibility of a storm brewing...it's getting mighty black and the clouds are churning. Hope some rain comes out of it....HERE!! [LOL]

But I gotta get things shut down to be safe, I know there is electricity in the air and I don't wanna lose my CPU!

Hope you're having a great afternoon.

  7. I just read the last two posts - DC would have kept me away from that girl, too! I'm afraid I would have had a few choice words for her. I am glad they called you back and hope she is rightly handled.

    Looks like a fun day!
